      Here are some things you’ll do:

      • Communicate via email with leads to vet larger opportunities to pass to the Account Executive team. These leads will be identified from Inbound Webform submissions, submitted support tickets and our self-serve bucket. In your communication, you will need to understand the customer's needs and how our product can fulfill those needs. You will also need to explain the benefits of our product in a clear and concise manner.
      • Come up with creative ways to spark the interest of customers that causes them to respond to you. This may involve researching the customer's industry and identifying pain points that our product can address. You may also need to think outside the box and experiment with different messaging and communication channels.
      • Utilize 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects. Your excellent communications skills will help you identify customer needs and understand their pain points.
      • Become a product expert (and power user) of OpenPhone and its value proposition. This involves not only understanding the features and benefits of our product but also being able to effectively communicate these to customers. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors in order to provide valuable insights to the Account Executive team.
      • Demonstrate your ability to read between the lines and identify the root of customer issues, addressing them proactively or passing them on to the appropriate team for resolution.
      • Prioritize your tasks to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner. Your time management skills will be crucial in managing multiple leads simultaneously.
      • Leverage your experience in sales to support additional sales projects as needed.
      • Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional results.

      About you:

      • You have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales/SDR capacity.
      • As a patient communicator, you excel at identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
      • Your experience has honed your skills in engaging with prospects and understanding their pain points.
      • You have a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
      • Your motivation lies in developing and advancing your career in sales.
      • Your passion for continuous learning drives you to seek opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.
      • You are enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and responsibilities within the SDR role.
